Where can I see my Loyalty Points?                                                                 
When you log into the Casino we will send you a message with your current Loyalty Points balance. To check your loyalty details, click the Enter Loyalty program icon in the top right corner of the Casino lobby.

What is the difference between Tier Loyalty and Bonus Loyalty Points?
Your Lounge Points balance is made up of tier and bonus Loyalty Points. When you play at the Vegas Partner Casino you earn tier Lounge Points which will reflect in your respective Lounge. Extra Lounge Points earned from Specials and Tier Bonuses are bonus Lounge Points. Only Tier Lounge Points contribute to moving you up to the next Loyalty Lounge. Tier and Bonus Lounge Points have the same value for redemption purposes.

What can I do with my Lounge Points? 
You can exchange them for credits at your Vegas Partner Lounge casino.

Why can I not always redeem my Lounge Points?
There is a minimum redemption amount of 500 Lounge Points. You need to accumulate at least 500 Lounge Points before attempting to redeem them. You can only redeem in multiples of 500 Lounge Points. For example, if you had 657 Lounge Points you would only be able to redeem 500 Lounge Points. The remaining 157 Lounge Points remain in your Loyalty account.

How do I know when my Lounge Points will expire?
If you have Lounge Points that will expire within the next 3 months, a warning will be displayed just below your Lounge Points Balance on the Redeem Points page.

What is a Tier Upgrade Period?
The Tier Upgrade Period is a defined period of time that you have, to earn enough tier Lounge Points to reach the next Lounge tier. At the end of the upgrade period the number of Tier Lounge Points you have earned during that period will determine if you stay in your current Lounge or are moved to a lower Lounge. You will automatically move up a Lounge as soon as you earn enough Lounge Points to qualify for an upgrade.

When I redeem my points do my Tier Points earned this upgrade period decrease?
Your tier Lounge Points earned this period is a running total, as you earn tier Lounge Points they get added to the running total. When you redeem your Loyalty Points your Lounge Points balance is decreased, but the running total stays the same. The running total is reset at the start of the next Upgrade Period.
